A non-refundable 50% deposit is due with all applications submitted on or before January 7, 2025. After January 7, 2025, all applications must be accompanied by 100% of the total cost of the booth. Applications submitted without payment will not be assigned until payment is received. Applications with a 50% deposit received after August 27, 2024, will be processed and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
