Hotel Door Drop

Hand-delivered messaging on the day of your choice to attendees staying at the select hotels listed below.

Benefits:

• Sponsor’s item placed on the outside door handle of each attendee room within the official Heart Rhythm 2021 hotel room blocks listed below (production and shipping responsibility of sponsor)
• Includes one hotel door drop on day of choice (sponsor may choose either early morning or early evening delivery on purchased day; participating hotels will manage specific time of delivery)
• Four days available: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (choice available on a first come, first served basis)

2021 Hotels: Boston Park Plaza, Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel (Headquarter Hotel), Omni Parker, House, Hyatt Regency Boston, Renaissance Boston Waterfront, InterContinental Boston, Seaport Hotel, Hampton Inn by Hilton Boston Seaport, and Revere Hotel Boston Common (anticipated peak block: 2,531)

Price: $18,000 each (plus production and shipping costs)
Note: Companies wishing to extend the hotel door drop to other hotels can do so at an additional cost. Please call for details.

The Heart Rhythm Society reserves the right to revise any aspect of this sponsorship to preserve the integrity and professional atmosphere of the meeting.

An overrun of 10 percent of stated quantities is recommended.

The Heart Rhythm Society will make every effort to instruct participating hotels on the proper distribution instructions, both in writing and via a personal visit to the front desk manager prior to the start of the meeting. However, the Heart Rhythm Society cannot guarantee 100% distribution to every #HRS2021 attendee staying in selected hotels. Refunds will not be issued if supporter receives anecdotal evidence of non-distribution.
